Admission Process – Elementary School
At Tim-Carol Group of Schools, our admission process is designed to be simple, transparent, and welcoming. We ensure every child is placed in the right class for their age and development stage.
Parents/Guardians obtain the Admission Form (online or at the school office).
Submit completed form with the following documents:
Birth Certificate / Age Declaration
2 Recent Passport Photographs
Immunization / Medical Record (for younger children)
Previous School Report (for applicants from Nursery 2 upward)
Daycare → 3 months – 2 years
Pre-Nursery → 2 – 3 years (Prep I & II)
Nursery 1–3 → 3 – 5 years
Primary 1–5 → 5 years and above
Daycare & Pre-Nursery: Interaction with teachers to confirm readiness.
Nursery Classes (Nur 1–3): Oral and basic recognition assessment (letters, numbers, colors).
Primary 1–5: Written entrance test in English, Mathematics, and General Knowledge.



Successful applicants receive an Admission Letter & Prospectus.
Parents confirm acceptance by paying the required fees (registration, tuition, and other charges).

Orientation session is held for new pupils and parents to familiarize them with the school environment.
